Janet is a seasoned insurance professional with over 10 years of experience driving operational leadership and accelerating revenue growth. She brings deep expertise in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and strategic relationship management, complemented by strong interpersonal communication and team leadership skills. Results-driven and proactive, Janet has a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Prior to joining Equity Group, Janet served as the Business Development Manager – Agency Business at Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (K) Limited, where she worked for five years. In this role, she was responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, train, and retain agency partners, ensuring alignment with the organization’s growth objectives. She is highly skilled in identifying market opportunities, negotiating agency agreements, and providing ongoing support to maximize partner productivity and expand customer reach.
Janet holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University, and a Diploma in Insurance (AIIK).
