Sammy Mukala is a licensed and practicing valuer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi. With over 13 years of experience in real estate, he has developed extensive expertise in property valuation, transaction support, investment appraisal, and portfolio management.

His career has seen him serve in leading firms such as Knight Frank Kenya, where he headed operations in the Coastal region, driving business growth and revenues, and Dominion Valuers, where he continues to provide strategic leadership. Sammy has advised clients on secured lending, complex investment decisions, resettlement action plans, lease reviews, and has represented clients in court as an expert witness.
